Media kit

Technical breakdowns and gear reviews: gravel, road, components. Blog, TikTok, YouTube.

I'm not selling you an audience. I'm selling you a place in Google at the exact moment someone is looking for a review before they buy.

The blog launched in April 2026; the TikTok account has been running longer. The editorial line doesn't move: pull apart the specs, the geometry numbers, the tyre clearances, the drivetrain standards and the questionable design decisions, rather than filming rides. That's what attracts an audience in buying mode, and that's what ranks.

The proof

A review published in July, six queries in Google's top 3

In July 2026 I published an introduction to Tukus Wheels, followed by a review of their C50-MT carbon wheels. Here is where those articles sit today on brand queries, straight from Google Search Console.

Source: Google Search Console, certified-cyclist.com domain property, 7 June to 6 September 2026. 143 ranking queries in total. Queries are in French because the audience is French.

That is the result I'm offering to reproduce. When a rider types "your model + review" before reaching for their card, they land on a reasoned, complete, dated write-up.

And it isn't limited to brand queries: my guide to social rides alone pulls 544 impressions at an average position of 8.5 on the query "social ride", and more than 800 impressions once every variant is counted — a family of generic search terms nobody paid me to target.

TikTok @certifiedcyclistfr, YouTube @CertifiedCyclist and Google Search Console, recorded on 8 September 2026. Subscriber counts: 1,000 on TikTok, 241 on Instagram, 124 on YouTube. Blog: 150 active users between 11 August and 8 September 2026 (Google Analytics 4), 1 min 25 s average engagement time per user, audience concentrated in Paris and Lille.

My subscriber counts are small and the blog is young. I'd rather write that down myself than let you find it out. What matters is that reach here doesn't depend on followers: the median TikTok video does 2,513 views against 1,000 followers. My all-time best is still a humour clip at 74,500 views, but four of the next five are product analysis — 57,000 views on the Van Rysel RCR-G technical breakdown on YouTube, 55,600 on the Tukus wheel unboxing on TikTok, 45,000 on the RCR-F Pro on YouTube, 25,500 on that same RCR-F Pro on TikTok. The format that holds up for me is product analysis, not lifestyle. The blog tells the same story: five months old, 143 queries already ranking, six of them in the top 3 across an entire brand.

Deliverables

What I produce around a product

Article · 1,500 to 2,500 words

Technical breakdown

Specs, design decisions and positioning against the competition, taken apart. This is the format that ranks.

Article · after real use

Field review

Dated, distance-backed feedback. My Coros Dura review went out after 5,000 km; the RCR-F after 10 months of weekly riding.

3 to 5 pieces · TikTok and Shorts

Short-form video

Unboxing, build, first impressions, verdict. Published in parallel on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. This is the channel that drives the view count.

Long-form · YouTube

Filmed review

A format I'm currently developing, offered as an add-on when the product warrants it.

Standard turnaround: first piece within 7 days of receiving the product, long-form article within 3 weeks. Deadlines are agreed up front and met.

Working together

My terms

  • Disclosure every time. Any product loaned or gifted is flagged as such in every piece, article and video.
  • Editorial independence. I don't submit my conclusions for approval. A brand may review the technical data to correct a factual error, not to change a verdict.
  • Dated loans, returned on time. A loan has a start date and an end date agreed in advance. Equipment comes back clean, in condition, on schedule.
  • I invoice. Registered French micro-entreprise: a compliant invoice for any paid work, VAT not charged under Article 293 B of the French tax code, and an intra-EU VAT number for brands outside France.
  • No paid content in disguise. If a collaboration is paid, it is labelled as paid.
  • One product at a time. I'd rather run one thorough test than five shallow posts.
